Document Records Management Project with ProcessMaker BPP

Selensoft Completed Document Records Management Project with ProcessMaker BPM for Istanbul Kultur University

Selensoft created a Document Records Management project for Istanbul Kultur University (İKÜ) with ProcessMaker BPM. The project has two main workflows that is Incoming Documents and Outgoing Documents. Users can record the information about these documents, they can forward the document within department or cross departments. They can create new document from exiting documents, attach physical documents scanned image and other attachments. It is possible to inform, get comments or just redirect documents to other users or departments.

For the first phase of the project , two main department of the University which are most busy with documentation started using the system. In mid term, it is aimed for all departments of the university to use the system. This way, the physical movement of the documents and the recoding of the documents meta info will be done electronically.

Starting with the project the use of physical legal notebooks for document records are ended.

The Document Records Management project is developed on ProcessMaker BPM system. So the university gained a Business Process Management system. Software Systems Department Manager Ender Ekici commented about the project:”Selensoft delivered the project in a very tight time schedule. We are proud to have our Document system on a BPM. We plan a lot more of our processes to move to this system in mid term”.
